「Excelente hotel la comida las personas que atienden. Lo único por mejorar es que deben colocar más personas en el bar ya que solo hay una persona que atiende y se debe hacer fila en momentos es Karla la fila 」

「arrived at 1 pm and was told that the rooms were not ready yet, that we should leave our passport info and go have lunch first and when return all the check in process would be done already. went back at around 3 pm but no work was done, still had to wait for another 40 minutes to finally get our rooms. 」

「Was looking for a family hotel with children’s pool and an adult pool. . This resort had everything. From children’s activity, beach. The breakfast was great and the attention by the staff as well. I will be repeating this. I recommend it. 」

「En general, la experiencia fue buena y el hotel es cómodo. Solo tuvimos una experiencia maluca con un par de arañas en la habitación y el personal es un poco cerrado a servicios de aplicaciones (aunque avisé antes, no dejaron entrar a un Uber que solicité y tuve que caminar a la portería, y a los repartidores les ponen mucho problema).」

「we travel from Bogota sonesta to Barranquilla sonesta, when we arrive, the lobby is good, room is good, but we can smell something like mildew, but not so strong. The location is at the north part of the city, 15 minutes walking to the mall, there is a asia bar at the lobby but only open after 4pm, they have good sushi. there is also an Italian restaurant in the same building of the hotel, right in front of Subway, food there is really nice too.
