「Clean and friendly staff」

「The hotel is very centrally located and check in was easy. I checked in after hours (the front desk is only open for certain hours) so plan ahead of time and it’s stress free. The directions they provide are very straight forward and accurate. The room had huge windows and internal shutters that blocked out light and helped to block out some of the street noise. 「Gorgeous property with a stunning mix of old and modern. Amazing location right in the centre of town and we could walk everywhere which we loved. The coffee house (Madness Coffee) right next door did the BEST breakfasts. Lovely choice of tapas/bars/restaurants really close by. Beach and esplanade less than 5 mins walk too. The castle is well worth a visit too!」

「The room was great nice and clean. The area was fantastic close to the beach. Everything was really good apart from a bit complicated for a check in and no Wi-Fi service I normally don’t use it though but the problem is was not even 4G or 5G in my phone as well as no Internet service and that wasn’t good because as I am travelling around every day in a different city so I need to know what’s going on all the time but hey Ho 」

「Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen, alles war fußläufig oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten kurz vor Abreise das Problem, dass sich unser Safe nicht mehr öffnen lies. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit wurde uns geholfen und wir konnten wie geplant abreisen. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für euren Einsatz. 」
