"Wonderful stay - spectacular countryside views!"

"My review is difficult as we arrived to be told that a computer malfunction meant that our 2 rooms were occupied. We agreed to move to another hostel, it was good. They should have notified us before. Also payment has been taken out and paid back 4 times now, incurringinternational currency charges each time. I have requested an explanation, but no answer so far. They need to work on their communication."

"The accommodation was reasonable for an overnight. A high ladder to climb with luggage. A gentleman, staff or owner, offered to help. The room and bathroom had no pleasant smell. A good available kitchen was great for preparing an evening snack and breakfast. Rate 8 for value for money."

"The setting is beautiful, with a lap pool and pond adjacent. Our room had a kitchenette, so helpful as the place is 3 km from town. Pedro and his furry friends are all fabulous."

Undergoing some renovations at the moment but is still a good place to stop while visiting the northern part of Portugal's Alentejo coast; promises to be even better once the pool is ready! The lady at the check-in desk was very helpful and took a lot of pride in her job. Would stay here again."

Existem, no entanto, alguns aspetos que ficaram aquém das expectativas: a limpeza só foi feita uma vez em nove dias de estadia e nem todos os produtos foram repostos (foi-nos dito que não havia para repor); algumas informações que constam do site não correspondem à realidade (é o caso da marca da máquina de café referenciada); solicitamos junto da receção um...
