「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「The property and staff is OUTSTANDING! Gorgeous! Fabulous service and surroundings!!! ONLY ISSUE is you cannot leave the property to go to dinner or to the beach without paying 110 euros to get there and back. They should have a shuttle to Comporta but do not. No offense to the team it is a gorgeous hotel, pool, restaurant, etc!」

「Tolles modernes Hotel, am Rande von Lagos. Schöne Zimmer, super nettes Personal. Ein kleiner Pool im Innenhof (Achtung: um diese Jahreszeit schon ziemlich kalt!) mit ausreichend Liegen, Ende September war das Hotel natürlich nicht gerade überfüllt. Viele Kleinigkeiten im Hotel sind uns sehr positiv aufgefallen und haben uns den Eindruck vermittelt, dass sehr liebevoll versucht wird, den Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
