「The location in the historic centre was excellent - an easy walk to most places as a first time visitor. There's lots of restaurants, convenience stores and a taxi stand nearby. We had the room with a balcony, which was nice to watch the goings on in Naples' busy streets, so there's some noise. You have to carry luggage one flight to make it to the main reception. 「The space was beautifully decorated and was always calm and quiet to walk into after being out in the city, I was especially impressed by the soundproofing of the rooms, we could hear other guests in the hallways but never heard voices from the other rooms and the windows were well-sealed against city noises. The housekeeper, who helped with breakfast was very friendly and gave us our courtesy key to leave our bags in the apartment after our checkout time to come back and collect them before...
