"Everything about this hotel was amazing except for the sewer smell in the restroom. I would book again for the price and area. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe staying here. Francesca at the front desk spoke very good English and was very helped with pointing me in the direction for things to do. Highly recommend a balcony room or suite. The view is insane! "

"Very good clean hotel. When I checked into my room the heat would not work. A technician was needed and was not available. In the morning the issue was fixed completely. There was not another room to move me to. I was provided with a portable heater which worked perfectly well for the night."

The only thing that we didn’t realize when we booked is that when there’s a cruise ship docked there is absolutely no view, all you see is the side of a ship. "“The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully updated—I especially loved the bathtub! The room had an electric kettle with plenty of tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"
