"We booked a twin room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at our room, it was one king bed. The twin bed information was not passed on to the hotel. However, the staff were so accommodating, with no fuss they brought the new room key to us and showed us to the new, upgraded accommodation (a 2 bedroom apartment) which made our stay very comfortable. "This was a great place to stay. Right on Lake Macquarie. Very relaxing. Great cabin, staff and communication. When there was an issue with one of the toilets on site, or when aclean up neededto be done on the jumping pad, a text message was sent out letting us all know. Also liked the fairy lights around the very clean bbq just behind our cabin. And the sound of frogs in the creek behind us was amazing. "
