"Beautiful place very welcoming, staff were very helpful with check in and suggestions for area spots. We also got a surprise upgraded room which was gorgeous. Spent a day by the pool relaxing, very good service there also. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again. Only issue was we can’t find a hiking knife we left in the jeep when we valeted car. We knew exactly where we put it. And the next day it was gone from the console. Disappointing end to the trip, it was a gift."

"I had a confirmed reservation booked months in advance. Upon arrival, I was told no room was available. They shipped me off to a substandard alternative in a poor location. Totally unacceptable. Hyatt, you’ve permanently lost me as a customer."

"Room was not as clean as I would have preferred. Baseboards were dirty and the shower head leaked. Maintenance did come to fix the shower head though. Parking was irritating because i didn't know you have to pay $10/ day to park your vehicle there. There is also a $100 charge they forgot to mention at booking. They told me it was just a $100 preauthorization, but that wasn't true. They take the $100 out of your account, take out the money for parking/incidentals, then you get a refund later. Other than these things, i tight the pool was adorable and the morning birds and sunshine were beautiful. The code system used for the doors was a bit much but we got used to it. The only other thing that would have been nice would be a driving service. "

"Fabulous room. Great size, comfortable seating area, kitchenette with sink, microwave and fridge. Separate desk/work area. Shower in bathroom and sink/dressing area. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic lication. Short 10min walk to Old Downtown' bars, restaurants snd shops. All in all great place to stay. Would definitely stay again."
