"I enjoyed their Hospitality, housekeeping is everyday. The convenience is perfect. The location is close to the Airport and shopping for everything and to eat and just across the way. My dislikes about her place is the Safety. I was given a room with no lock. My window, thank God I checked before going to bed was unlocked. My room after being cleaned and before I had a chance to sleep in my bed or use my towels; was soiled. I showed Housekeeping, she found it hard to believe though you could see that she understood and knew I was telling the truth. My door and window again were left opened after my Room attended. My overall, the place has such great potential, it's beautiful in some areas, it's a great place. Do not let the outside deceive you. I had a wonderful time because I chose to. God bless you all and make it a great time!"

"When I checked in,it was early and they said room was clean and ready to check in aroubd 2, therefore, checked in. When opened the room, it was NOT clean,sheets were piked ontbe bad, garbage still in the room, it was NOT ready. Then, put me in a room that had NO privacy, windows facing the inside sitting and eating area, as i specifically requested privacy when i check in, this was unacceptable either. So, when got to the THIRD ROOM, there was NO instructions on how to even use the TV, the WiFi information was not correct on the information sheet provided at check in. When I called to ask, the staff made me feel stupid and little andbc of this, didn't even bring up thw WiFi as to not be belittled in their passive aggressive way. I have wanted to stay at this hotel for YEARS, finally had the opportunity, and was a complete and utter DISASTER. Will NEVER stay there again. Should have stayed at a different property."

"Took 35 minutes for a shuttle to get 2 miles from the airport, no call from desk clerk to alert driver. Room lock on door malfunctioning. Urine in the toilet upon entry into the bathroom, obviously left by cleaning staff or never checked. Absolutely disgusting."

"The room was amazing and spacious it met the needs of my family. The staff was nice. Breakfast was seasoned and delicious so was dinner. The hot tub was ok could have been cleaner pool was out of order but we were offered to use the pool at their sister hotel so that made up for everything. My kids enjoyed it and appreciated it very much. "

"The Delevan is a great choice if you want to avoid chain hotels. It’s elegant (which also means slightly worn around the edges). Friendly staff, daily housekeeping services including turned down bed (comfortable), spacious gym, downstairs coffee shop, and live music at the casual restaurant/bar. "
