Experiencia desmejorada

Están con personal reducido por pandemia y eso hace que baje la calidad del servicio. Personal desanimado. Puede ser miedo al contagio de covid, no se. Atención en recepción muy fria, pedidos de comida o bebidas que no llegaban, los vidrios de la habitación tenían tanta tierra que desmejorada la hermosa vista, etc. Las instalaciones son óptimas. La pileta es lo único distintivo que vale la pena. Gimnasio con máquinas rotas. El servicio de spa está totalmente suspendido. Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Espero sea una situación de excepción por el contexto

Wi-fi NÃO FUNCIONA. Arrumação do quarto só até às 13h00, uma piada.No e-mail da reserva havia informação de pagamento só em Dólar, só que na hora de pagar NÃO queriam aceitar!!! Fomos muito mal atendidos no check-out. Disseram que não iam ligar para o dono do Hotel porque ele não acordava antes das 09h30 e eu tinha que estar no aeroporto às 09h00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Não prestam como Hotel e certamente não são 4 estrelas.

Muy lindo hotel! cómodo y el personal muy agradable. La piscina no estaba impecable pero se podía usar. El desayuno era variado, quizá agregaría alguna cosa salada, para la gente que no como todo dulce.

medio pelo y caro.-

Por el precio espero mas de los hoteles. Precio Producto no es bueno. Cobrar adicional el sauna no esta bien cuando la tarifa del hotel es de un 5 estrellas. El desayuno muy pobre para la tarifa. En hoteles mas económico desayune mucho mejor. Lo único bueno es la pileta y su vista el resto no pasa nada.
