「The property is lovely and has a very traditional English feel which we appreciated, however the entire property lacks any ventilation/airflow - suffice to say there is also no air conditioning - which made the rooms simply insufferable during a heat wave. Recognizing that the climate has changed, management needs to provide at minimum a fan per room to enable some degree of ventilation and air movement during summer months if they expect guests to be able to sleep and enjoy the facilities.」

「Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)」

「Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.」

「Bed bugs in the bed, windows full of spiderwebs, the other room we had , had a seek from bathroom sink which smelt of sewage. And the air conditioning didn’t work」

「The outside of the hotel is beautiful especially at night, it gives holiday vibes it’s peaceful too. The room was 100% comfortable and the bed chefs kiss after a long day at a festival the bed put me to sleep like a baby. The gym was amazingly equipped. All in all I had an amazing experience and it was well worth the money. Thank you so much!!!!! No complaints」

「Nice place to stay nice gym all rooms on ground floor. Breakfast times vary please check. But staff were nice and will come again. Parking is also free which is always welcome」

「The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. 」

「The management team is very friendly and helpful but security sense is not sufficient as the cleaning lady forgot to close the windows. If you do not request too high standard of room service, it would be a good choice.」

「They have ac on the rooms where you can change the temperatures. The restaurants around are also great and if you need to use transportation I recommend using A1 Taxi for budget transportation. Overall the workers are nice and if you ever need anything they will help with open arms!」
