Attentive staff, conveniently located near metro. Small room, needed a bedside table I ended up using the ironing board. Overall good little hotel. I felt well taken care of.

I loved the hotel, I simply didn’t like the area it is in. The morning breakfast was amazing. And the staff were delightful. I feared the location would lead to some noise but my room was wonderfully quiet.

Excellent location! Direct metro from the airport. The elevator to/from the metro platform is literally right in front of the hotel entrance. Walkable distance to most attractions around city centre. Staff are friendly and the included breakfast is fantastic!

Great location and a comfortable bed. I missed a kettle for making tea/coffee and the little pillows by the window that appear in the pictures. No gym from what I've seen, impeccable bathroom.

Excellent area to be close to trains, food, and shopping. You can walk east all the way across town, north to the castle and park, two train stations right there and plenty of bikes to rent right across the street. The rooftop bar was great and included free drinks from 4-5. Only bad part was finding the entrance and you have to take the elevator to the 6th floor to check in at the bar :-)

Almost perfect!
Very nice hotel, superb service. If i was to raise anything, it would be the lack of shelf in the bathroom above the sink, there is nowhere to put your personal toiletries, also the self closing bathroom door is annoying when trying to get ready and is unnecessary. The lifts are very temperamental, they pass your floor several times until they stop to pick you up, but otherwise a near perfect hotel.

Location doesn’t make up for lack of amenities.
No laundry service or restaurant over the weekend. Part of a two week business trip and needed clean clothes so needed to find a laundrette. Didn’t like the 6th floor reception (part of the bar) prefer not to travel up and down in a lift with cases when checking in and out. Excellent location.

Room was mixture of good and bad. Size on the small side like many Scandic hotels we stayed in. They have larger rooms, but book early! There was no shelf space or night stand to put books or Kleenex. The fold out desk became our shelf space, since the bathroom has no shelf space to put toiletries kits. The good is the shower is the best we’ve had in Scandinavia. Shower base is recessed so the floor stays dry - finally a dry bathroom floor after 3 weeks of travel! Breakfast selection was limited, but all was very good. Staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful for any needs we had. We came a bit early, but we could check immediately. Booking tickets for the Metro vs. the train system for travel is difficult to understand when accessing all the carrier’s apps. We experienced several denied or unavailable routes. The staff explained each instance and helped us work the apps to bock our transportation. and happy hour was fantastic- highly recommend it. Good overall.

Rooms are slightly small but location, staff, breakfast, and happy hour makes this an excellent place to stay. It was super convenient to get around the city and see all the major sites.

I like Scandic Hotels
Excellent location, literally a few steps away from rail and metro links and a 15 to 20 minute walk to the majority of main attractions and the waterfront. Good food market on the doorstep. Good for solo travellers as they have smaller single or double bed rooms if you prefer. Staff were very polite and helpful with advice on sights to see. I like a quiet sleeping environment and was not disappointed. Very good choice of quality produce for breakfast and a nice rooftop bar.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and could not be happier. It is a great location with the metro out front, very easy when travelling to the airport. The breakfast and rooftop area are fantastic. The rooms are small but very comfortable.

Stayed one night prior to a cruise. Metro from the airport was super easy, efficient, clean and only 30 DKR. The hotel is only about 200 steps from the Norreport metro. Reception is on the top floor (6th), with rooms below on floors 1-5, accessible only by room key. Hotel is super spotless. Room was small but the space was well designed with efficiency of space. The daily complimentary drinks in the rooftop bar from 4-5 pm was a nice touch. Excellent location, with walking distance to pedestrian street shopping area (2 minutes), Botanical Gardens & Rosenberg Castle (5 min), Nyhaven (15-20 min). Excellent breakfast. Would stay here again if returning to Copenhagen. Added info: for those heading to the cruise terminal, taxi fare is about 250 DKR.

My partner and I recently visited Copenhagen and were lucky to find the jewel that is Scandic Norreport. Here's a quick overview of our unforgettable experience: *** Location: Nestled right next to the Norreport metro, we loved how easy it was to explore the city's attractions. *** Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. We spent four nights at the hotel and it was all round an enjoyable hotel to stay at. The staff were helpful and professional in their execution of their duties. The room was clean and we got housekeeping service when requested. The breakfast was adequate and a nice touch was the happy hour on the roof deck with free drinks every day from four to five. Although we knew there were no coffee/tea facilities in the room I believe it would be of huge benefit if it was included as well as some shelving in the shower for storage.

This hotel was well located right above the metro station so very easy access from the airport. And within walking distance of most of the city sights. We loved the breakfast and included happy hour. The staff went above and beyond to answer our questions and give suggestions on where to go and how to get there. Rooms were on the cozy side but very well organized. Don’t miss Torvehallerne right up the street for a unique market experience. I don’t think we would have found that if we weren’t staying in the area.

Perfectly located, smack in the middle of everything you'd need. Its right on the metro station, and across the street from Strogen shopping street. The staff was very nice and helpfull, and breakfast was deilcious. The room was spotless - clean, and the shower was modern. The room was a bit small, but good enough for a party of 2.

This property is close to most attractions but the room size is very small. The breakfast variety is limited. The price is expensive. I would rather try other hotel next time.
