「This was a hotel on the way so was not interested in what was nearby. Chose for cost and location. Was pleased with room cleanliness but clearly an older hotel. Had some issues with the keycards. Overall hotel's central areas and halls were clean but not always picked up right away. 」
「Outside was a little dirty with some trash, and when I was checking in, there was another customer that said she had a DoorDash order and it was taken. But as for me, I wish that the breakfast was open until 10 o’clock instead of 9 o’clock. Positive side is that the bed was really comfortable, but the pillow was OK. There was a slight stain on the comforter itself however, that didn’t deter me from staying there.」
「I had a booked a suited for a birthday gift, for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, they had been overbooked due to many sporting events downtown, that weekend.
They were incredibly accommodating for having to change my room. I got a reduced rate, and some nice perks! The staff was very kind, beautiful view from our room, and we had a great over night get away. :)

Only thing I got for the VIP was 2 vouchers for $15 off at their restaurant.
Staff was great, very accomodating, restaurant is ok for dinner but much better for breakfast.」
