One waitress in the breakfast area, Bridgit, stood out with excellent customer service as I had laryngitis and couldn't talk much and as soon as she knew, she offered to make me a hot honey and lemon drink for my breakfast drink. This happened 2 days in a row and I was very appreciative of her care and attention. Well done Bridgit :-)」

「The entrance from Viewland Drive is not really convenient for going to Hasting Street. However, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable, staffs are very kind. I left a bag in the room after checked out and they helped me to find it back in efficiency.」
