"I had a nice single room with a view. The great thing about this hotel is it's right on the beach. But not far from the station so you can jump on the train and enjoy the South Downs."

"Large room with sea view and access to balcony with chairs and table. Room simply furnished, good bathroom. We had problems charging our phones and the bedside lamps did not work. The 3 course buffet dinner menu @ £15 was cheap reflected in the choice of food."
