「I didn’t give a 5 because although everything was so nice, there was a mandatory power outage from 11 pm to approximately 7:00 am. This put a bit of a damper on the continental breakfast and of course it was a very dark room. We were given a nice little flashlight to help us. Very much appreciated. Room smelled fresh and it was clean. Beds were great. Front desk personnel was super nice, too.」

「Scammers! They charged me 2 $50 Fees for incidentals and tried to charge me even though nothing was wrong with the room. Vending machine didn’t work and the worker denied us water. Also the tubs were very dirty when we got there. There was only cold water available in the bathtub.」

「If ever there was a hotel to be described as antique, this would be it. Old and creaky, but charming. This was a great boutique hotel experience worth trying out. And the Cigar Bar was a nice addition.」

「Unique historical property with well appointed rooms close to downtown. Bar was quaint and small, breakfast was good but customer service on checking in was lacking and parking can be an issue.」
