"Everything is great except for the air conditioning, it did not work. We were provided a temporary AC unit but it did not work much better."

"Breakfast was not we expected. It was not what we eat in the morning like rist, vegetables and other Chinese food which is not usual for peoples coming from far countries. Everywhere in the world eat most people cheese in the morning but here people working don't even know what cheese is!!!. For the dinner the same food is provided as in the morning, no real good meat and other varieties."

"I love how ergonomically designed the rooms are, with ample storage space for all our luggage for a 1 week stay. The Meituan takeout locker is super convenient for takeout and delivery. Staff were lovely and helpful, with the Housekeeping for our floor super accommodating and willing to work around our schedule to clean our room whenever we left. "

"Room smelled of open sewer, several complaints had no effect. AC did not work, stuck at 25 degrees, staff told to regulate temperature by opening and closing a small window and turning AC on and off! Internet did not work - sometime totally gone, sometimes too slow to receive email. Could be fixed by reception for 2-3 hours, then gone again. Breakfast room understaffed - long que to get an egg, not one time in the week did we get a complete set of silverware, always one missing on all tables - playing ‘find a knife’ or similar every mornnng. The hotel is undergoing an overdue renovation andevidenly let a lot of people go. Did not lower price so if d something else for 2026"
