Spending $700 a night means expecting seamless operational infrastructure, yet this hotel lacks 24-hour reception and round-the-clock room service. 「Très bon accueil, La chambre correspondait à nos attentes, tranquillité, calme, bonne literie, le petit plus avec la baignoire.... La petite balade dans le bois avec la petite plage privée... Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le chuchotement de l,eau très agréable.. Je recommande c,est établissement si vous aimer le calme, la beauté de la nature et bravo pour la rénovation de ce moulin, bcp de charme et joli mariage de la pierre et du bois...」

「Pas d’air climatisé alors qu’il était sensé y en avoir, nous étions en temps de canicule et notre chambre était au 5eme, réfrigérateur et télévision non fonctionnels et pas de glaçons dans l’hôtel. Le bouchon au fond de la baignoire restait fermé en tout temps.」
