「This was a great hotel. We went to the spa and the massage therapists were excellent and the facilities were well maintained. The room was very comfortable, large, quiet and clean. The location is a few minutes by taxi to the main part of Galway or a 25 minute walk. It was not an inconvenience at all. The staff were very friendly. 」

「Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. 」
