「The attention to detail is so lovely. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the spa. A really beautiful getaway. The female members of staff had to put up with a pretty misogynistic guest while we were there (which we witnessed at breakfast) and they kept their cool and handled his rudeness with grace and patience. A lot of friendly professionals work here and you can see they put love into their work! 」

「we thought we'd found the perfect hotel but 2 irritations stand out. Lack of milk in bedroom despite asking for it. Can't guarantee to remember at breakfast to ask for it . Didn't realise there was a fridge..Also notes on working the nespresso thing would help 2.
