「All staff were very professional, helpful and courteous at all times. The room was easily 5***** and exceptional value. The food and service in general were second to none. 「The hotel was very comfortable, with a warm feeling. It had a relaxed atmosphere, rather than corporate that you get at some of the big chains」

「I booked a single room with private bathroom. However, it does not locate in the room. I needed to go outside every time I used the closet and even I washed my hands. It’s not what I want for privacy and convenience although I was the only one who kept the bathroom key!」
