「The escalators have frequently been out of order. The buttons in the lift lobby on my floor are not working. In addition, staff attitude has been inconsistent, and some staff members have not appeared professional.」

「Rooms are very small but have a cool atmosphere. The property amenities are good. The staff was average. We had one friendly bartender the first day. The next day we had one that acted like we were an inconvenience for him. It was 8 in the evening when our group of 4 stopped in for a drink, the bar seats were all empty. I think he preferred it that way. The other staff we encountered would benefit from some further customer service training. Location for downtown Denver activities was great.」

「Staff were great and friendly. My kids loved Mr. Charles, at the front desk and the three ladies working the lunch crowd. The hotel was clean and the pool was open!」
