"Everything was good, just wish restaurant was open when we arrived in early evening as we were hungry from the long drive. Otherwise all good "

"This stay was the an absolute worst. The room clearly had not been cleaned, and there was no way that we were sleeping in the 2 beds that had stains, hair, other unknown pieces of debris on the sheets and the top bedding. We were very concerned about the possibility of bedbugs too based on what we saw. Tiles were broken in the washroom, there were broken doors with missing locks as we walked to our room, the whole entire hotel smelled like stale smoke. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes of checking in looking at the room. We found another location that met our standards because clearly there are no standards at this hotel."

"Easily park your vehicle out front to go inside, check in and pay at the desk for underground parking. Entrance to the underground garage is right next to the lobby front door "

"Did not use the gym The room was terrible. The tub was plugged, the toilet seat was falling off and the toilet was not flushing right. We told several times that things had been fixed which was not true. On the last afternoon one of the manager’s came with maintenance to fix things with us in the room. thank you."

"Our room was one of the cleanest rooms we'd ever stayed in. A nice selection of soft pillows. Great room darkening blinds. And a very nice breakfast buffet"
