「Great place to stay. My father-in-law came to visit and can’t walk too far. They had wheelchairs to accommodate him. We got to keep it while he was at the hotel. Excellent hospitality.」

Only negatives were waiting over 5 minutes in an empty lobby at night for someone to come give my keys and parking - the day of you apply for parking and after you already paid and booked the room it’s says parking isn’t guaranteed, then I had to remind them my parking was supposed to be included so I did t get charged.」

「Booked a standard city view room with a King Bed, the room was quite small (not a lot of room between the bed and the table/desk) but practical. A nice assortment of teas provided plus coffee pods and a fridge. I appreciated the bottled water to use for coffee since Waterloo water is soft and doesn't taste great. 「Room was under repair somewhat..but was clean ..but we found a bottle of frozen stuff in fridge ..gross....beds and bedding 🛌 comfy ..tv was good ..had channels . It was good for overnight」

「Room was clean but the carpets are old and dirty. Need a good shampoo . Edges all around the carpet dark and dirty. Bathroom tub had nicks in it. Two small thin complimentary bars of soap that barely kept the soapyness to them. Front desk staff pleasant but speak with thick accents and so fast we couldn't understand most of what they said. Did not get down in time for breakfast so assume it's your usual continental breakfast. No worries about parking . Plenty of spaces. From the outside the...

「Check-in staff were great - extremely friendly and welcoming. The Arbor bar is a little soulless and the - vegetarian Asian Vegetable Stirfry was one of the worst meals I’ve eaten. Huge amount of rice, freezer veg and some sauce. No cashews, no bean sprouts, no sesame seeds. For $19 you must be making quite the profit on that. Overall a good spot to stay but I’d recommend you eat at Three Idiots next door or the restaurants at the hotel across the road.」

「The perfect small town home away from home, and so many wonderful places to check out nearby. The place was thoughtfully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the two nights sleep were incredibly peaceful. Both breakfasts, eggs Benny sandwich on croissant and French toast, were homemade and super fresh. They tasted gourmet and so perfectly seasoned. Kimmie and James were perfect hosts. We almost didn't want to check out our final morning. Can't wait for our next stay.」
