「Beautiful charming place , very peaceful and out of the way of all the busy places but in walking distance of alot」

「I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile. First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there. The rooms are the biggest unknown. 「The entire staff was professional, accommodating and made sure our stay was phenomenal. The restaurant food was outstanding and our entire stay was amazing.」

「This was the worst hotel I has every went to. We didn’t stay in the room cause the room was so dirty and the cover on the bed was so dirty. Then when we ask for a refund they try to get loud with us.」

「The staff was not helpful when asked for any towels or keys not working. The carpets were extremely dirty. We were told the rooms were pet free and told only a certain floor was pet friendly. I have kids that are allergic to pet dander so this was important. Our floor also had dogs in rooms next door so that was false information. The pets had pooped and peed all over the carpets on the hallway. Breakfast items were limited- when asking staff for even coffee they were out of items within 30...

「Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left.」
