"Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. "

"The parking was fine the pool wasn't open and they don't open it the room was nasty and dirty had cockroachs and our door didn't even have a lock on it "

"Sadly the room was clean but very sparse. No cups, no coffee, only 3 pillows on a king size bed, breakfast was virtually gone when we went down fully 25 minutes before it was scheduled to end. Shower was not hot. They could definitely make a few improvements. Was hoping cause it’s new that it would be better."

"The gym has one treadmill, one elliptical and a rack of barbells. All equipment was in good condition, no wipes or spray to clean before/after and only shave for one person to use weights. Our rooms smelled like feet. The bedding and linens were clean. The air conditioning unit was old and difficult to maintain a consistent temp. Breakfast was underwhelming. Pastries were dry, bananas were not ripe and oranges were old. Scrambled eggs were good. What I noticed most was the lack of heat in the breakfast area and the people hanging around...I don't think they were staying there... They looked unhoused to me . This is def an older property. "

"I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it."
