「Clean room, location, professional and helpful staffs.」

「我非常满意」

「★★★★★ Exceptional stay — outstanding hospitality! Had a fantastic stay here! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help with any request. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' comfort. Highly recommended!」

「Service very good」

「How amazing in Nigeria tour for business! We met all of nice guys, especially Feni in GrandBee hotel. The best full services were satisfied to the all guests need. Thus, the greatest services were attractive to us and we wish to stay over there again in near future. Additionally, we drank " Super OX energic drink" mixed with beer or wine, found out good flavor. Hopefully, we wish to bring 1 box back again. Finally, it's my pleasure to share fantastic tour to all!」

「The Hotel Providence is very clean. The ambience is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and quiet. The room had two different types of electric sockets. It has a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. The shower followed well. Vehicles that enter the hotel go through a security check. The buffer breakfast is very good. However, the range of fruits available is limited.」

「The staff here was simply amazing」

「The property is well clean, restaurant food is delicious, lovely poolside, staff are professional, location is perfect easy access for transportation and near the mall. The room is spacious and AC is great. The hotel should try to update/add their rooms selections on Expedia.」

「Yes the room was neat and clean. The lighting was excellent. The front desk lady, Justina was excellent too. They are familiar with hotels.com process.」

「The hotel is in an excellent state, but the water system must be well and properly treated. I can't brush my teeth with it」

「I stayed there between 7 AM to 1:00 PM Location was wrong on Google, I had to call the hotel and explain the direction to the taxi driver. The room feels like very old never maintained, A/C was not working properly, I opened my self and found the filters were never cleaned for decades. The shower looks terrible, I would never stay there again and never recommend to anyone even if it’s for free. Terrible……」
