「Excellent staff! All the staff that we interacted with were very courteous, responsive and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy - ditto for the common areas. We also enjoyed the variety of food available for the breakfast. The WiFi however needs improvement - we were unable to connect some devices, but instead got the error that simultaneous number of device connections has been reached. Disabling other devices did not fix the issue. Altogether, a very positive experience and we will love...

「The room was stuffy and there was mold on the walls. The bathroom was dirty and the shower never worked. However, barbecue/lounge services were great and the hallways were neater.」

「Amazing place, just that the outside doesn't match the inside's look, the hotel staff just need to learn how to allow customers to order without them standing over them for payment, apar from that the room was amazingly cleaner than most 5-star hotels I have been to so far. Water in wash hand basin don’t fully drain. Staff didn’t fulfill promise to call back. Waiters are not readily available in the restaurant. Basic kits like dental kit not available.」

「How amazing in Nigeria tour for business! We met all of nice guys, especially Feni in GrandBee hotel. The best full services were satisfied to the all guests need. Thus, the greatest services were attractive to us and we wish to stay over there again in near future. Additionally, we drank " Super OX energic drink" mixed with beer or wine, found out good flavor. Hopefully, we wish to bring 1 box back again. Finally, it's my pleasure to share fantastic tour to all!」
