The hotel was oñe of the best I had been to in Nigeria. I plan to continue lodging there in the future. I enjoyed their swimming pool and the service was superb. The video intercom was an excellent feature for one's safety. Thanks for the excellent service.

I have stayed here before and I came back. I didn’t like seeing people who weren’t guests hanging around the lobby and dining area being nosy and noisy.

Not suitable for travelers with late-night flights, as the property does not offer complimentary or paid late check-out options and requires guests to pay a full additional night. Rooms are not equipped with a safe or microwave. Guests are also discouraged from bringing in outside food, as the hotel does not allow staff to reheat food for guests. Overall, the policies are restrictive and not very customer-friendly.

I booked for a Deluxe room at Watercress Signature. Upon check-in the front desk clerk checked me into a room that I did not book at the old building. I don’t know what gave her that brilliant idea to place me where I did not book. She claimed that she placed me in the old building because the room is bigger. I dont understand.

Where do I start. I asked for a cleaning the 2 nd day and didn’t get one at night I noticed a bug infestation in my room and called for my room to be sprayed. I waited out in the lobby for that. I also noticed that underneath the bed is covered in dirt and dust mites that might have accumulated over years

This property is overrated. I will never come back to this property and have rotors in the room. The staffs don't like to speak and the credit card system is a scam. They seem that your car declined, but they still take the money out of your bank account. Housekeeper leaves your room door open after they clean very unprofessional at the Watercrest.
