The overall stay was ok but the restaurant never had anything that was on the menu you had to pay for every little thing that you ordered all the way downtown ice you'll never get to towels for two adults to get one tile my husband and I speak very good morning to stay here for 2 weeks since I came in from out of the country we got married in came back then the politeness from the managers in may be wanted to it the other stuff my overall would be not to stay here if you coming out of the country could you would not be used to this time treatment

Nice and clean hotel

Had some issues with payment, but were able to clarify it. There was never a towel in the room, we always had to call and ask. Other than that, comfortable bed and clean room. Good value for the price. Poolside is nice and clean.

Terrible customer services, after flying in to the country, was told no room avaialble even after i paid over a week prior to arrival. My room key was misplaced twice. Slept in a different room without my luggage, slept with same clothes i came with. I called Expedia twice to cancel but dont know what happened. Spent over an hour as a result. Will dispute with credit card company. will never use their services ever again.
