"A really great family hotel right next to the Wookey Hole attraction. Rooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Great value for money and would definitely stay again."

"Lovely clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The shower riser rail needed replacing in one room as we had to hold the showerhead in order to use it. But water was hot and plentiful. Lots of parking available and electric car charge points too. Despite being near the main road the room was very quiet and no traffic noise heard. Staff were helpful although mixup on first morning with who was working so breakfast slightly delayed. 2nd day was much better with decent breakfast (but please don't put black pepper on everything!) Overall a lovely stay and conveniently located for us. We hope to return in the future."

"Excellent very large room, Netflix on the tv. We also had two comfortable chairs and a table. Plenty of storage if required Breakfast was very good with a large selection which was very fresh. Pleasant staff who were helpful. A very enjoyable weekend, thank you. "

"This is a lovely hotel. We didn't know what to expect and upon arrival, were delighted by the decor, cleanliness, and the professionalism of the manager who greeted us. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities that we would expect. Breakfast was next level. A full English breakfast, including a full gluten-free and veggie option with doorstop toast. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future, and can't recommend it enough if you are looking for a clean, easy, nicely decorated, quiet, close-to-town location. "

"Stayed on a Saturday evening and arrived before check in time. A wedding was in progress and although we had been warned that might happen we felt as if the wedding had taken over the whole of the ground floor and there was no where really for us to sit for a drink without feeling we were gate crashing the wedding. When we checked in the staff were lovely. They explained all the facilities and booked a time for swimming for us and sorted a small issue with the room immediately. We booked a time for dinner in the restaurant for later in the evening. After we unpacked we had a wonderfully relaxing swim/ sauna/ steam. Again the staff were lovely, there were towels provided and the offer of more if we required. The health suite facilities were very clean and the gym was extensive. Dinner was good and the menu had lots of options. Our room was good, clean and spacious and as it was on the third floor and we heard nothing from the party downstairs and even though the hotel is very near the M5 we didn’t hear any traffic noise so we slept very well. "

"Weekend break away with partner.excellant cabin.clean warm...had wifi all the tv platforms logged in for you. Teas coffees provided Wet room View of the lake/pond from cabin and of course the sheep So warm and conformable Tried a couple of the activities .shooting and archery..both jj and jack were amazing..thank you both Had food and a couple of drinks on first night in their bar and restaurant..enjoyable. Made our own breakfast following day in the cabin.. Definitely stay again.such a pleasurable relaxing few days away "
