「The food at the hotel's restaurant is very poor and the elevator is not enough for whom is living in upstairs. It is not that good compared with the price. The cleaning staff is doing very bad service.」

Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. 「Selected for convenience for a late night flight arrival. Considering late check ins are common, perhaps this could be speeded up a little as everyone is very tired! Staff not the friendliest but this is a high turnover hotel so understandable. Otherwise exactly what was needed for the situation. Price of mineral water a little unreasonable.」

「On avait pris 2 chambres. Dans l'1, le pommeau de douche était noir de moisissures , douche et chambre sale . Dans l'autre, le pommeau de douche était cassé. On n'a pas prendre de douche qui était sale comme la chambre. Nous sommes retournés ds cet hôtel 4 jours après, les chambres et douches étaient propres」
