The hotel was clean and a good value for a short stay after a long flight. Breakfast buffet was fine. The room was clean and had everything I need for a quick stay. The hotel was close to the airport, but I did not hear any related noise. There was a fair amount of traffic during the morning in front of the hotel. If I were staying for a longer period, I would consider another hotel. For a quick stop, it worked great.

Convenient stay

I had a good stay close to the airport. The room was comfortable and convenient as my flight arrived late at night. Be careful that taxi drivesr "don't have change" when you take a taxi.

Basic hotel near the airport

Basic hotel at convenient location near the airport. Check in took a fairly long time at 3am with no other guests around; hotel clerk was slow and kept losing information. AC was not on in the room and it took a while to cool down; it was extremely hot and humid even at 3am. I prepaid for breakfast, but was charged again on the spot. Hotels.com receipt does not mention pre-paid fee.

Pleasant stay

This was a nice hotel and the bed comfortable. Due to the humidity issue the hotel recommended that the AC stay at 22 c. The room was colder as a result and this is where a blanket or thicker sheets would be beneficial in this case. The food was great and the hotel was close to the airport for the next day flight.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport and surprisingly not very expensive so didn’t really expect too much however pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was spacious, the bed comfy and the bathroom a good size too. Breakfast was also included which was tasty with a good choice on offer. The hotel also offers luggage storage so a huge plus if you are going off on a river cruise with limited allowance. Whilst the hotel has no pool or outside space and is located off a main road I would still recommend staying here but only as a stop gap, not really suitable for a few days stay.

We arrived at the hotel from the Manaus airport about 3:00 am. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We were in bed by 3:30 am. The bed was comfortable, and we had a short but restful sleep. We did here some street noise, but it didn't keep us awake for long. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and check our was easy. I wouldn't want to stay there for more than 1 night, but it's proximity to the airport,was excellent.

Cleanless is OK. Close to the airport is OK. Good breakfast. Normal lunch. No frequent transportation from the city is not OK. The shower water runs out of the bathroom and floods the room is not OK. Check In was slow this time.

The staff was very nice and sweet. Most could not speak English, but were comfortable using the translation app. So no problem. 24 hour bar was a plus. Hotel itself was ok. Nothing fancy. As a solo traveler who booked a quick trip it fit all my needs though. Close to the airport, decent breakfast, daily room service, gas station within walking distance.

Our stay was very good. The rooms are sparce but clean. It was exactly as expected when we made reservations. They did check us in early. Communication was a little difficult as we do not speak Portuguese and they spoke little English. We used Google translate in writing successfully. They arranged for taxi to airport at 1am so they were very helpful. Restaurant had limited hours.

Day Room at Ibis Manaus Aeroporto

We needed a day room between getting off our cruise ship and our flight very early the next morning, and the Ibis Manaus Aeroporto was perfect. It was rather Spartan - just a double bed, a chair, an attached sitting bench, and a small shelf/desk - but it had a small fridge, a big window, a good restaurant, and really good air conditioning. The property was clean and in good repair. The staff was very friendly, though Google Translate was helpful as they did not speak much English. With it we were able to check in, order two meals, check out, and get a taxi to the airport with minimal difficulties. They called a cab for us - at midnight - and one arrived very shortly. We were dropped off at the airport within 10 minutes. All-in-all, the hotel gave us everything we needed for that day. We fared much better than couples we met who just sat at the mostly non-air conditioned airport for 15 hours.
