That was a disaster. My family of four couldn’t stay in the room. We had to find an emergency stay, which by itself was a challenge and expensive. The room was not ready for us. If you visit there are plenty of malls to shop at. Definitely visit Ponta Negra Beach, and Cachoeiras de Presidente Figueiredo(waterfalls). It was absolutely amazing!

Manaus is kind of a run down city that seems really disorganized and its people are very poor. There aren't many good tourist attractions. The surrounding areas are lovely and you get up close and perdonal with the jungle.
