「The front desk check-in clerk was very unfriendly and surly. He kept waving away my questions. It was very frustrating and disappointing as the ratings seemed high. The shower rod was broken and the curtains stayed in the middle so water soaked the bathroom floor. Everything else was fine (clean & comfortable). The redeeming point was Jody (Jodie) (sp), the breakfast serving person-what a wonderful and kind person. So thoughtful and helpful in every way. It is worth it just to experience her...

「The lobby area was very nice and clean. The staff at the welcome desk were friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant has great staff and a good late night menu. The room itself was nothing to write home about. Just a typical hotel room. But we only needed 1 night and it wasn’t the worst thing ever. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again. 」

「Every year we stay at Bottleworks hotel to celebrate my husbands birthday! The BW always goes above and beyond to help us celebrate! The rooms are like no other hotel in all of Indy! You feel like you are staying in a modern trendy studio apt in NYC or Chicago, not a hotel! Staff is amazing. Can’t say enough! 」
