What staff there was, was great. The feont desk clerk was helping clean rooms at checkout. The hotel was clean and pet friendly. The hotel and infrastructure was very run down and the location is seemingly unsafe. The nearby restaurant was out of business and no onsite food.

Customer service was excellent! Staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The room was reasonably clean. The biggest flaw was that the ventilation system was noisy -- the only way for it not to be making noise was for it to be unplugged.

I told myself it’s just one night!

The room was non smoking but smelled like a casino hall! I was happy to see no carpet but when I went to wipe up a spill I made I clearly could see that the gray tiles in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. It was so gross. The bed was very hard and could use a topper. It’s an older motel not hotel, this should be noted as even though this was just a stop for our trip I wish they could have cleaned better.

Nice Night

The gentleman at the check in was so nice. He engaged with me explaining what I was signing. I requested a room on the same side of the office and he accommodated immediately. I chose the Red Roof as I know the brand and it fit my budget. The room was spotless and comfortable. Since the rooms are so nice, the only suggestion I would make is to update the outside of the building as well to complement the inside. I will definitely stay there again.

It gets the job done.

It gets the job done. The premises need a bit of maintenance but considering skyrocketing inflation and the price point of this place it it a good deal for what it offers. The room was clean throughout and bed was bug-free. Complaining about no amenities and no breakfast at this price point is ludicrous. If you want Holiday-Inn amenities then pay the corresponding rate. So in my book all thing considered it gets the job done.

We stayed for 3 nights and in no time, They did the cleaning or made the beds or replaced towels or amenities. The staff who were cleaning the next room were asked to please clean our room while we left and when we returned our surprise was to find everything just as we left it. They didn't take the trash out of the bin either, bad experience in this hotel in terms of cleanliness

The cleaning crew is really letting the owner down. A half hour of proper cleaning in our room would easily add a star. The cleaners just swiffer the room pushing all the dirt to the edges. So all along the walls are filthy brown lines, hair and dirt. They don't wipe down the surfaces or headboards, so there are handprints everywhere. Also, simple things like hooking in the drape are left to the guest -- pure laziness. However the towels and bedding were clean, pillows plentiful, shampoo and a soap provided. A coffee pot, fridge and microwave really help. The HVAC unit worked well and we actually had a good night's sleep.
