"Good place to sleep"

"Very poor customer service from the Property manager and front desk in general- no smiles and feeling of not wanting to be there portrayed! It is discriminatory to ask what is the disability my support/service animal is for but was asked that and although I realize that they are policies in place as a heath care professional, the demeanor and customer service were suboptimal and judgmental at check in. "

"Tv had issues at first but was able to get on about 20 minutes later. Had to change rooms twice because of cleanliness issues. Staff was very helpful and courteous. "

"The room was a good size and the king size bed was comfortable but there were 4 small pillows on the bed that were old. The parking lot was full of potholes and the property needed work. I was on the 3rd floor and a large tree branch was wedged against my window scratching the glass all night. The staff was pleasant."

"everything was fine with our room, lobby and breakfast room. It's about 15-20 minutes from the airport; I thought I read that they have a shuttle but they don't. We had to uber, $75 upon arrival and $35 for departure. "
