「The website claimed they had a pool and a on site sports bar when booking the room. The Pool was closed on arrival. The on property sports bar was closed permanently prior to booking our trip. The room was small. It was very hard to navigate 2 adults and 2 kids in such a small space.」

「We were given room #422 during our 2 night stay that was recently renovated according to the check in desk however, upon entering the bathroom the sliding shower doors were off the track. 「The breakfast was great. Most of the staff was very friendly. The room was dirty. The pull out bed dropped a 1/4 cup of food when we opened it & there was popcorn on the floor around it when we entered the room. The ceiling above the shower was water damaged & falling in. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」
