「We had to change rooms three times. The first room had the treasures you see in the photos attached to this review, including but not limited to c*m rags by the bed, fresh pee stains on the floor next to the toilet and a lovely mystery stain on the desk. We shared this with the one person on staff, and she quickly moved us into another room. Right away it was apparent the window ac unit didn't work in the second room. We called the one lady on staff once again and after she very diligently tried...

「The lock box on the door was very difficult to use, we finally got it to open after 45 minutes waiting for someone to help. . There was no microwave(we saw one outside by the side of the house).」
