Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
I was canceled about an hour before check-in time. When I was able to reach a hotel "ambassador" after 3 attempts, I was told 1st Class Guests take precedence over me. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE. If I had canceled this late, I would still have been charged. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING TO THIS HOTEL.

Very clean and beds were super comfortable, got in very late they brought us water to our room and valet parking was top notch!
