"The Bunkie isnt much , but for the price and needing a good place to rest besides sleeping out side with the bears it is good . It was very clean and there were fresh sleeping bags and pillows for us to use . It may not be everyones cup of tea but I know we will use it again when we are traveling ..."

Radium Hot Springs is located in Kootenay National Park. You need a park pass if you plan on stopping anywhere within the park. The cost is $7 per day for the pass but covers you through all the national parks, meaning this pass will cover your car through Banff and Jasper as well. You can pick up a park pass at the visitors centre before you enter the Kootenay's or within the park itself. The cost of the hot springs is just under $8 and parking is free

I must admit that there's not a great deal to do in Golden but a day quad biking up a snowy mountain is a must. I highly recommend the B&B we stayed at called Le Beausoliel. Home made muffins and let us use their bicycles as we didn't have a car. Beautiful home and lovely people.
