Room had been recently renovated, and was comfortable. Common areas i.e. hallways, elevators, vending areas etc. have not been renovated and are a little rough, worn, and dirty.

Terrible. I was placed in a room with a leak in the ceiling. The leak may have been from a cooling unit on the floor above.
