I was there because of family business. There was no problem with the room. It was comfirtable and clean.The front desk closes at night and there is No one to contact if you need to report a problem & i did not see any security patrol around at night. I left early due to alot of people wandering around and activity at night. unsafe

Rooms could of had less splattered paint about,more toilet tissue then half a roll,and those flying bugs in room were to much,toilet only flushed when I removed back tank cover and messed with plumbing ,after that,I enjoyed my stay,price was good

The only problem was that the shower in renovated room 123 leaked onto the floor. The contractor bolted the shower curtain 2 inches too high, or you can buy a longer curtain.

When I checked in I was sent to a room with no fridge then I was sent to a room that was clean but no blanket on the bed. Check out was 11 at 11 o’clock I was called and ask if I was extending my stay. About 30 mins after I left I received a call and ask if I took the blanket from the room. Told her there was no blanket I got my own she sounded like she didn’t believe me but I was not charged for it. For two days there was 2 full bottles of fire ball laying on the ground next to the parking lot in the grass where children could get it. Very loud with construction (understandable) I work night they knew that and put me right next door to I. Not understandable many open rooms father away

Your place is filthy with roaches and bed bugs. I will be seeking my refund as we only stayed 1 night of the 14 days planned, I will be reporting you to local health authorities, better business bureau and seeking legal counsel.

First night there checked in went up to the room to cook. As soon as we started cooking on the stove…..MULTIPLEEEEEEE small and large roaches started coming out from behind the microwave and the cabinets. Did not have another room for us.

Roach infested!!

The property was roach infested!! The apartments were decent but it was a lot of roaches to the point I couldn't get comfortable. They did move us to a different unit however it had roaches too. To the point we just checked out early with no refund on the days that I did not stay!! tried calling several times with no answer.

Traveling across country and at about 3 hours away I called to confirm check in time only to be informed that they didn't have a room for me. They had a reservation, but no room. Called their corporate office and was basically told "tough". After I hung up, they cancelled the room, but had the audacity to charge me two nights later. Expedia is working on my refund. Registrations mean nothing to this company. Don't bother.
