From the time I checked in until my departure I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The restaurant and bar Mica was spacious and comfortable. A very nice selection at the bar and the food menu was also a pleasant surprise. Blanca and Hana waited on us for a Saturday evening meal and drinks and they too were especially helpful, attentive and provided outstanding service that should be complimented! If you find yourself at that bar ask Blanca for an Emerald Gimlet (it's not on the menu) and you will be pleasantly surprised!"

"There was a huge confusion upon check-in; hotel front desk manager was blaming Expedia for not paying them. He went on to demand I pay for the hotel stay immediately and provide another card. He mentioned they kept trying to charge the card on file and payment did not go through. after 30 minutes or so, he finally said everything looked fine after an update and provided the room key."
