"This hotel is extremely convenient, especially because of its close proximity to the airport. It’s a great option whether you need a place to relax for a day after arriving or a stress-free stay the night before departing El Salvador—no long, hectic drive required. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the stay. There’s an on-site restaurant that serves great food, and the drinks are especially enjoyable for adults. The pool was refreshing, and the rooms were comfortable, with reliable air conditioning and hot water, which made the stay even better. My only small complaint is that I wish they provided more towels. Another big plus is their transportation service—they offer vehicle rentals and airport rides for just $6. I actually used this service, and it turned into a great experience. After arriving at the airport, I realized I had left my phone at the hotel. I called them right away, and they were incredibly understanding. They quickly arranged for the driver to return with my phone. I did tip him, of course, but I was so relieved and grateful to get my phone back and still make my flight on time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, service, and comfort."

"Great hotel stay for a family. Unfortunately, the airline lost our luggage and it was convenient to have the mall right next door as well as lots more stores around us. We rented a car and there was free parking. Beds were great and air conditioning worked great, the only thing I wishes was there was a kettle as we are tea drinkers but not a huge deal "

"Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The property is clean. Breakfast is good. Bed is comfortable. We don’t stay at the Quality Inn in the US because they are not considered to be high standard. But this one is completely opposite. We are planning to stay again "

"Amazing staff, delicious food from the restaurant, beautiful infinity pool! Bed was pretty comfortable and the front desk brought us extra pillows upon request. If you pay when you book you have a better chance of getting the balcony room IF you reserved one. The balcony rooms are limited. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Room was spacious and clean, the staff were super nice and helpful, from the doormen, front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. The pool was clean, not crowded and fun for the kids. The Premium Lounge for snacks and refreshments available throughout the day was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good. It’s an older hotel, but generally well maintained, and the location is convenient, across from Bambu City Center mall. The Bambu City Center was also a meeting spot for our tour company, so that was very convenient. We had a great time in El Salvador and enjoyed our stay at the Barceló San Salvador. "
