「Clean & minimalist style room. There is filtered water dispenser in hotel, so nice, so clean. Also they offer complimentary snacks during happy hour, that's really a sweet treatment. The only downside is that they don't have rooms with twin beds.」

「This is a clean and pleasant hotel in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. It has been recently refurbished so the rooms are small but very modern. Mine was a “suite” which means it had a small separate sitting room with a sofa and coffee table. However, the sofa had been made up into a sofa bed so I couldn’t really use the room as intended. It did at least give me a bit more storage space. The rooms have kettle, coffee machine, and a laundry steamer. No iron and ironing board was available which...

When I went to the staff and asked about this, they just responded “we cannot fulfill everyone’s requirement, it depends on what we have at the moment.” What made me sulky is their attitude, so cold and unfriendly.
