"Nice hotel and def impressive looking on the main level but the rooms are very cookie cutter, little modern/tech-themed closets that surprise you with pretty lights and a push-button shower but also disappoint you with a lack of power outlets and this silly tablet that you have to use to control the tv."

"I stayed there with my husband and two small children. We were supposed to stay for two nights however the heat in our room was not working. We had mechanics come up twice to fix it, second time they replaced the whole unit and in the middle of the night it completely stopped working again. There was snow outside so you can imagine it was extremely cold. My son (4yrs) had a stuffy nose. The kids didn't sleep at all that night. We decided to cancel the second night. They said we would be refunded but I have not received it. This was during February vacation and it is now mid March. I've received no information and no response. Also to top it off we had our luggage plus our kids luggage and having no access to the second floor via elevator is so inconvenient! We had to go up stairs to the second floor with everything. Just seems odd for a family hotel. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed as Ive loved staying at the other doubletree locations. "

"EXCELLENT customer service: loved how the staff comes in the evening to turn down bed, put out slippers, leave chocolates, and ensure purified water is available in the room."

"Its 30 degrees out and the heat didnt work. The concierge didnt care. They didnt have real blankets and when I went to get more - I was given a flimsy cotton comforter which was as warm as a sheet. The hotel is loud due to fact its literallg over the highway - and their noise cancelling machine didnt work. Its insanely difficult to load and unload - and they made it worse by blocking any of the unloading parking spots. And now - they even charge you 30 bucks extra to park overnight. I dont honestly know why anyone would choose to spend decent money here. "
