"The breakfast was great, something for everyone. I had a broken coffee pot in room and it was replaced within the hour. My sister needed a shower stool, and 1st staff was unhelpful. A 2nd staff person got it done."

"The staff were absolutely wonderful, from check in to check out and everything in between. The food was delicious and wonderfully themed to the hotel. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area. And I highly recommend it for a unique experience. "

High end decor, Would like to see Bass Pro offer items labeled Memphis Pyramid. No microwave in room, but offered in community area"

"Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was what to be expected for being included in the stay. You have a mixture of staff hospitality. Parking was extra but on the property able to access from the building. "

"A trip back in time, all was fantastic, accommodations from upkeep, rooms, restaurant food and the drinks in the lobby bar was fantastic. The hotel gives you the feeling of going 50 years back in time. Southern charm and hospitality. And not to forget the Duck ceremony every day, going from the fountain up to their sleeping quarters on the roof."

"It’s best to access the hotel through the shopping center road and lots. The side road entrance is not kept up at all. No fault of the hotel management, I’m sure. "
