"Beautiful, spacious, poolside suite with ocean view and a quiet, family-friendly vibe. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including fully equipped kitchen with espresso maker, two ovens, microwave, huge fridge; washer and dryer in the suite; snorkeling gear free to borrow for the entire stay. On-site restaurant was good, a little pricey, but terrific wait staff who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Jonathan and concierge staff were responsive and attentive. The only issues during our stay were a 4-hour power outage because of utility company work on the road -- not the property's fault and they gave us a treat for the inconvenience -- and a pesky lock on the sliding doors. We loved it there and definitely would stay there again. Rum Point is a great location if you want a peaceful vacation with lots to enjoy and none of the more crowded feel we sensed in 7-mile beach area. "

"Absolutely fantastic condo! The area is quiet and really feels like the Caribbean I used to know before it was overdeveloped. The dive teams, housekeepers, staff and everyone we interacted with were friendly, helpful and really went out of their way to make us at home. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms are modern and spacious, and the pool/hot tub area is clean, comfortable and quiet! Honestly, I can’t say enough about the quality of the whole experience. We will be back. Perfect if you want a peaceful vacation with excellent diving/snorkeling. Important to know that the area is about a 45-60 minute drive from Seven Mile Beach so if you want to stay there, take note that you’re going to need to drive. We prefer the quieter side of the island so it was perfect for us. We also soent a lot of time at Kaibo Beach on the North Side which is about a 25 minute drive from Compass Point. "

"Room was clean but shower had old stained tile. Staff was very nice. Great restaurants nearby. Didn’t use the pool but really good snorkeling point just off the beach."

"What was good: Centrally located on 7 Mile beach. Beautiful beach. Staff is friendly and efficient.The spa is really amazing between plunge pool and the services. Pickleball, tennis, pool, and lots of other amenities What could be better: Food was mediocre. I ordered room service one day and the curry was no curry I had ever tasted and not warm. Same thing at Andiamo, their Italian restaurant. Warm lasagna. They were nice about fixing this, but I expect something more"

"We picked a room with pool view and got a room on the top floor overlooking the entire resort and beach. Staff was friendly and helpful with taxis at the ready to take you where you need to go. Booked beach massages which were fabulous. Loved the restaurant choices and the beach was probably one of the best I’ve seen in the Caribbean. Beautiful resort I would highly recommend. Hope to be back. "
