My first time in the Cayman Islands, and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Its restaurants, rooftop, and beach club are simply incredible. We just got back from a 5 night vacation at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman and it was one of the best vacations my family has ever been on! The property was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully maintained. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Shoutout to Rebecca in Front of House who helped us book a lovely excursion to the Crystal Caves. We had so much fun! Jennifer, our server at Catalina, was a doll. Also hello to Newton at the pool, who was such a sweetheart. But honestly everyone there could not have been nicer! And we enjoyed all of the food we ate on property. We especially loved our coffee and breakfast croissants from Cafe Alula. Double Cortado and an almond croissant in the morning was heaven on earth. Then in the afternoon treat yourself to a froze or frozen sangria at the pool. Bata Bar was not messing around with their drinks. This hotel is not directly on the beach but does have an ocean view. It sits about a half block behind the public park and beach. But just to the right of the public beach is the Bonny Moon Beach Club where they will set you up with beach chairs and service. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how amazing they were as well. Neil was our attendant two days in a row and he made sure we were never without water and he made a point to remember everyone's name even the next day! It was probably the best beachside service we've ever had and you'll never even think twice about how you aren't technically at the hotel. 10/10 vacation!

Walkable to beach, hotel has transportation to & from beach via golf cart, towels and chairs & staff at beach. Hotel offers aloe vera & sunscreen for guest which was a nice surprise. Vick at pool was always attentive (so was rest of the staff.) Good was delicious at Catalina (pricey like the rest of restaurants in the island) Ck: peppers reataurant so good and decent prices.

From the moment I arrived at Hotel Indigo Cayman Islands, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The service was truly top-notch, starting at the front desk where I was warmly welcomed with efficiency and genuine hospitality. A special shoutout to Lwandi and Miguel from the bell team – they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. Their professionalism and friendly attitude set the tone for an incredible stay. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, with a modern yet relaxed Caribbean charm. Everything was sparkling clean, and the attention to detail throughout the property really shows. The location is also a huge plus – it’s conveniently situated near top attractions and just a short walk or drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. As for the food and drinks – absolutely amazing! Every meal I had on-site was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The bar and restaurant staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and crafting excellent cocktails. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo Cayman Islands to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-located stay with outstanding service!

Gorgeous property. The beach is beautiful with full bar/food service on the sand. The staff was attentive and kind, our only complaint was the dining options. The restaurants were lovely but the food was awful and very expensive. We walked next door to the Kimpton or the beach for most of our meals.

Our stay at the IHG in Grand Cayman was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were greeted with impeccable service—from the helpful concierge, the friendly pool attendants, to every staff member who made us feel so welcome. Our room was immaculately cleaned each day, with not a single issue the entire stay. Every detail was handled with genuine care and professionalism. Thank you all for making our trip truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Staff were fantastic. 95% of them seemed happy to be working there and happy to assist you or be friendly or interact. The food is great. View is quite good. Quality of hotel is new and excellent. Service staff (Newton) and concierge (Rebecca) were excellent. The resort fee was a bit exorbitant, but we loved our stay. So we would likely come back.
