The staff was wonderful, and the hotel is conveniently locaed. It does however, need a lot of work. The carpet in my room was dirty and the shower faucets did not work properly. The first day we took a shower with lukewarm water, the second day it was hot and much better. I normally book Holiday Inn Express but this one needs a lot of maintenance. The elevator was out the second day we were there. Beds are clean and comfortable. Room is spacious. I thought it was too expensive for the quality. Will I stay in this one again, no.

The hotel is clean, the assignment room AC wasn’t working, they didn’t check the room before to accommodate the guests. The checkout had to be at 12 but the housekeeper was knocking the door at 9:00 AM, to remember it. The breakfast was horrible so we preferred getting it in another place for lowest price I don’t recommend this place to my family or friends.

We arrived late at night and it was under 40 outside so the first thing we did was turn on the heater and it wouldn’t work. The staff was very accommodating and quickly changed us to a different room with a working heater. However, the next morning, we wanted to make coffee but the Keurig in our room did not work. The second night the hot water ran out after the second person showered and it was only three of us. We chose not to complain since it was a short stay, but we were surprised the amenities were not in better condition.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I loved the fact that the hotel uses Dove bath products as I normally have to use mine from home as I have very sensitive skin. Staff members both at check in and out were very friendly and helpful.
